Iraq Moves Closer to Civil War

The Sunni militant group the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) seized the northern city of Tal Afar on Monday, and continues to press south toward Baghdad. Meanwhile, Secretary of State John Kerry says the United States is weighing its options to stem the advance of the insurgents, which range from drone strikes to cooperation with Iran.
