Last week, a Yahoo! activist shareholder exposed that CEO Scott Thompson had misrepresented his academic credentials on his resume. The CEO claimed he had a degree in computer science when only had an accounting degree. Yahoo’s board is reviewing the issue, but so far the company is standing by its leader. How serious are Thompson’s embellishments?
