The U.S. Supreme Court has wrapped up three days of hearings on the federal health care overhaul. While the White House believes the health care law will be upheld, some analysts think the justices have signaled they are prepared to invalidate the individual mandate, which could put the entire law at risk.

Guests:

Mary Agnes Carey, senior correspondent for Kaiser Health News, a nonprofit news organization committed to coverage of health care policy and politics

John Eastman, law professor and former dean of the Chapman University School of Law who has filed three briefs in the Supreme Court addressing the mandate and Medicaid issues, and founding director for the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence

Vikram Amar, professor of law and associate dean for academic affairs at the UC Davis School of Law
