In 1978, San Francisco Mayor George Moscone was assassinated along with gay activist and San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk. More than three decades later, Mayor Moscone’s son Jonathan Moscone is directing “Ghost Light,” a play at the Berkeley Repertory Theater about his father’s death. We talk with Moscone and the play’s author, Tony Taccone.
