The National Transportation Safety Board released “urgent” recommendations to PG&E on Monday regarding pipeline safety in the wake of September’s San Bruno explosion which killed eight people. We talk with NTSB chair Deborah Hersman about the recommendations, and check in with the California Public Utilities Commission which has given PG&E until February 1st to comply with the federal recommendations.
