Sixty Fortune 500 companies — including behemoths like Amazon, Chevron and General Motors — paid no federal income taxes in 2018. That’s according to a report issued recently by the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, which also found that those companies received $4.3 billion in tax rebates.
