The Trump Administration’s aggressive deportation policies are a threat to national security, according to former deputy national security adviser and Obama speechwriter Ben Rhodes. In his new memoir, “The World As It Is,” Rhodes provides fresh insight into U.S. diplomacy under President Obama and revisits critical decisions like not using military force in Syria. Rhodes joins Forum to talk about his time at the White House, Trump’s meeting with Kim Jong-Un and the ongoing issue of child separation at the U.S.-Mexico border.
