Napa County Measure C would strengthen protections for oak woodland and water resources against development. Opponents argue that the legislation is too vague, not based on evidence and will hurt Napa’s agricultural community. We’ll talk to stakeholders on both side of the measure and discuss how it encompasses Napa County’s struggle to balance preservation and growth.
