In 2008, Vallejo made headlines when it became the second-largest city in the country to declare bankruptcy. At the time, Vallejo was reeling from the foreclosure crisis and still hurting from the 1996 closure of the Mare Island Naval Shipyard. In this special broadcast from downtown Vallejo, Forum talks with residents and city officials about how Vallejo is faring 10 years after bankruptcy.
