The California Legislature ended its current session Tuesday with no state budget in sight, more than two months after it was due. Where does that leave the prospects for a state budget?

Guests:

Dan Walters, political columnist for the Sacramento Bee

Anthony York, editor of Capitol Weekly

Barbara O'Connor, communications professor and director of the Institute for the Study of Politics and Media at California State University, Sacramento
