Mental health and disability rights advocates are suing state officials after Governor Schwarzenegger cut $130 million from a long-standing mental health program for schoolchildren.

The lawsuit says vetoing AB 3632 violates federal mandates, and seeks to restore the funding. The governor says he cut the $130 million as part of the long-delayed state budget agreement.
