Former San Francisco Giants slugger Barry Bonds gets the Ken Burns treatment in the new PBS film, “The Tenth Inning.” It’s a follow-up to Burns’ and Lynn Novick’s documentary series “Baseball.” The film tells the story of baseball’s steroid era, in part through the saga of Bonds and the Giants.
