Legendary jazz critic Nat Hentoff joins us to talk about his lifelong love affair with jazz. Hentoff has known virtually every great jazz musician, including Thelonius Monk and Charles Mingus. He’ll tell stories of jazz legends, and of those who’ve been unfairly sidelined in jazz history. Hentoff currently writes about jazz and country music for the Wall Street Journal.

Guests:

Nat Hentoff, jazz critic and author of "At the Jazz Band Ball: Sixty Years on the Jazz Scene"
