CIA Interrogation Scandal

A report has revealed new details about so-called “enhanced interrogation techniques” used by the CIA on terrorist suspects. Attorney General Eric Holder has named a special prosecutor to look into the incidents. Some say that will punish CIA operatives who believed they were operating legally, under advice from Department of Justice attorneys. Others say Holder isn’t going far enough. We talk to journalists and experts on the CIA and intelligence.
