According to a recent report, Lake Tahoe’s water quality is improving — or at least declining at a slower rate. But the lake is still at a “critical crossroads” according to Senator Dianne Feinstein, who along with other legislators attended the 12th annual Lake Tahoe Summit on Saturday.
