Leslie Sbrocco, host of Taste This, visits the Chocolate Factory!
Learn along with Leslie as she explores the process of making chocolate from bean to bar with “Bean Man” Greg D’Alesandre at Dandelion Chocolate.

Surprise! Interesting Finds Sorting Through Cacao Beans
At Dandelion, every bean is sorted by hand. Broken and “bad”’ beans are discarded along with the few interesting additions they’ve found over the years...objects ranging from marbles to rocks and a variety of insects.

Making Chocolate Smooth and Creamy
Once roasted and ground, each batch of chocolate at Dandelion meets the Melanger...it’s here where rocks spin and grind the chocolate until it’s smooth and creamy.
