At Dandelion, every bean is sorted by hand. Broken and “bad”’ beans are discarded along with the few interesting additions they’ve found over the years…objects ranging from marbles to rocks and a variety of insects.

Once roasted and ground, each batch of chocolate at Dandelion meets the Melanger…it’s here where rocks spin and grind the chocolate until it’s smooth and creamy.
