In this episode of Taste This, Spoonbar bar manager Alec Vlastnik makes his version of the classic Dark & Stormy and Moscow Mule cocktails using his special mix of three rums, Mount Gay Black Barrel, Charbay Tahitian Vanilla and Barcardi 8 year. And a taste of his spicy ginger brew is strong enough to clear host Leslie Sbrocco's sinuses!
Recipe: Dark & Stormy

Ingredients:
- ½ ounce Charbay Vanilla Rum
- ½ ounce Coruba Dark Rum
- ½ ounce Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
- 1 ½ ounces House Ginger Beer
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
- Combine the Charbay, Coruba and Mount Gay rums, ginger beer, lime juice and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass with or without ice.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe: Moscow Mule

Ingredients:
- ½ ounces 360 Vodka
- 1 ounces House Ginger Beer
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
- Combine the vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass with or without ice.
- Serve immediately.
