On today’s Taste This, we visit an Iranian couple—one a dancer, the other an engineer—who fled their homeland to pursue their dreams. Unexpectedly, and with help through the non-profit, innovative business incubator La Cocina, Aisan and Mehdi settled down in the U.S. and developed a small business making and selling kuku, a tasty Persian treat resembling frittata.
