Two committed basketball players from Richmond, California start off as unhealthy athletes, utilizing soda to keep their body hydrated. Their competitors are big, strong, healthy and have the advantage, born with the healthy goods.
The opposing team represents the oppressor, companies, bullies, anything having to deal with distress from a higher power that prevent young athletes from eating correctly. Their mean, greedy, thirsty attitude places fear upon the basketball players.
Fortunately, the Richmond basketball players discover that in order to win the game, they have start thinking like winners, and start off by eating healthy.
