November 9, 6:30pm-9:30pm [SOLD OUT]

Join KQED for a tasty and dynamic conversation with Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster, co-hosts of America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country, moderated by KQED’s Leslie Sbrocco. These series are two of the most popular cooking shows on PBS.

Bridget and Julia will reveal the behind the scenes workings of the busy test kitchen where they work with over 50 cooks to develop and refine recipes, test kitchen equipment and put supermarket ingredients to the test. Learn the secrets to success in the kitchen, including working with knives, and get your questions answered by Bridget and Julia.

End the evening with an East Coast vs. West Coast taste challenge. Vote for which coast has the best wine, cheese, chocolate and more.

Tickets are $60 for KQED Members, $65 for non-members.

For tickets visit Eventbrite.com. [SOLD OUT]
