Sometimes you feel like you’ve watched everything worthwhile on Hulu, Netflix and your mom’s HBO Go account, and there is literally nothing else to watch.

Welcome to Pajama Film Fest (PJFF), a special series of thematically-curated video collections that you can enjoy at home in the comfort of your PJs. These playlists feature favorite videos from our archives and other producers we love. Get ready to “YouTube and chill.”

This month’s PJFF is all about narrative animation, featuring classics from KQED Art School and Film School Shorts. Watch stories about a brave corgi in a zombie apocalypse, a saucy cupcake who goes vegan and an elephant boy who ends up in the belly of a whale.

After enjoying these short films by artists and producers like Kirsten Lepore and Julia Pott, go behind the scenes. Lepore talks about the process of stop-motion animation and offers tips on how to make your own claymation films. Learn even more about the history of animation in the final video from PBS Off Book and get inspired to make your own animated masterpiece!
