Every Monday, the KQED Arts blog features a new Video of the Week to start the work week off right.

You might not be able to handle this video. It’s bizarre, it’s scary, it’s creepy. A wrinkly, overly enthusiastic hippie introduces leotard-wearing children to the basics of yoga on a farm. And he’s not alone: a sedated lady cow and a rastafarian rooster with dreads assist! Once you think things can’t get any weirder (or better), the instructor has all the children bleat like sheep with their tongues out. It’s all too good to be true.

If you have any crazy sexy cool videos of your own, share them with us and we’ll consider them for future installments of Video of the Week!
