Win tickets to see Gregory Allen Isakov and Blind PilotWe've got 5 pairs of tickets to give away to the Wednesday, August 16 show at Mountain Winery.

Gregory Alan Isakov is a modern-day wandering troubadour. The Johannesburg, South Africa-born, Colorado-based singer-songwriter travels the world writing songs about his experiences and looks naked without a guitar or banjo strapped to his back.

Isakov’s melodies are at once haunting and hummable; his lyrics get lodged in your heart and stay there. And his voice, a wistful tenor that matches an indie rock sensibility with a cowboy’s high lonesome sound, takes you right to the places he’s been.

It’s no surprise that Isakov’s malleable songs have been widely used in TV series and commercials, from an episode of Girls to an ad for Subaru. And he’s also recorded an album with the Colorado Symphony.
