Win Tickets to the Noise Pop 25 Film Series

KQED Arts is proud to partner with Noise Pop in their 25th year of celebrating the Bay Area's vibrant independent music and arts scene. In addition to the music festivities, a lineup of independent film screenings kicks off February 17.  This year's film series will feature three KQED shorts: Tacos & Punk: Discussing What Women of Color Face in the Local Scene, Rock Composer Cheryl Leonard Makes the Rocks Sing, and Police Shooting Spurs Young Actors to Reclaim Neighborhood. Catch these shorts on the big screen before the following films:

The Art of Listening: Roxie Theater on Friday, February 17 at 7 pm

Pretend We're Dead: Roxie Theater on Friday, February 17 at 9 pm 

Stronger than Bullets: Artists Television Access on Sunday, February 19 at 2 pm

From all entries, we’ll randomly select two winners for a pair of tickets (worth $12 per ticket). Deadline to enter is Wednesday, February 15 at 11:59 pm. Winners will be notified by e-mail on  Thursday, February 16 and tickets will be held at Will Call. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate. Employees of KQED are not eligible to enter.
