Sebastian (Ryan Gosling) and Mia (Emma Stone) in LA LA LAND.  (Dale Robinette)

Written and directed by Acacemy Award® nominee Damien Chazelle, La La Land tells the story of Mia [Emma Stone], an aspiring actress, and Sebastian [Ryan Gosling], a dedicated jazz musician, who are struggling to make ends meet in a city known for crushing hopes and breaking hearts. Set in modern day Los Angeles, this original musical about everyday life explores the joy and pain of pursuing your dreams.

We’ve got 5 pairs of tickets for La La Land (worth up to $25.98 per pair) to give away to select screenings of its Bay Area run! For your chance to win them, just send an email to giveaway@kqed.org with the subject “La La Land" that contains your full name, address and phone number.

From all entries we’ll randomly select five winners for a pair of passes  that may be used at Monday-Thursday screenings (excluding holidays) of La La Land during its run. Deadline to enter is Wednesday, Jan 4 at 12 pm. Winners will be notified by e-mail on Wednesday, and tickets will be mailed out. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate.
