All summer long we’ve celebrated 20 local women artists, creatives and makers who are pushing boundaries in 2016. Driven by the passion for their own disciplines, from photography to comedy and every other medium in between, these Women to Watch are true vanguards paving the way in their respective communities. In honor of these amazing women we’ll be giving away twenty-five artist made tote bags designed by Bay Area artists and activist Favianna Rodriguez.
For a chance to win a limited edition tote, take a photo of any Women to Watch poster you spot on BART or Muni and Tweet, Instagram or Facebook the picture using the hashtag #BayBrilliant. (see the example tweet below) Be sure to tag us, we’re @kqedarts on Twitter, @kqed_arts on Instagram and KQED Arts on Facebook!
