Ira Glass, host and creator of This American Life, began his career interning at NPR headquarters and has worked on nearly every NPR network news program since. Under his direction This American Life has won the highest honors for broadcasting and journalistic excellence. He's speaking at The Mountain Winery on Saturday, August 6, and we've got a pair of tickets worth $110 to give away!

To be in with a chance of winning them, just send an email to giveaway@kqed.org with the subject "Ira" that contains your full name.

From all entries we'll randomly select two winners for a pair of tickets (worth $55 each.) Deadline to enter is Wednesday, June 8 at 9 am. Winners will be notified by e-mail on Tuesday, and tickets will be held at Will Call. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate.
