To celebrate the Contemporary Jewish Museum's current exhibit Amy Winehouse: A Family Portrait, we've got tickets to  two of their upcoming events to give away!

Giveaway #1:  Shaina Hammerman on The Jews of Downton Abbey

On Sept 11, scholar Shaina Hammerman will focus on the story of British Jews as depicted in television and movies.

We've  got two pairs of tickets to give away! To be in with a chance of winning them, just send an email to giveaway@kqed.org with the subject "Jews of Downton Abbey" that contains your full name. From all entries we'll randomly select two winners for a pair of tickets (worth $15 per pair.) Deadline to enter is Monday, August 17 at 9 am. Winners will be notified by e-mail on Monday, and tickets will be held at Will Call. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate. Employees of KQED are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway #2: Born to Read -- Celebrating the Lyrics of Springsteen

This year marks the fortieth anniversary of Born to Run, Bruce Springsteen's 1975 masterpiece album, included in the Library of Congress’ roster of historic recordings.
