The end result is sulfite-resistant yeast ruining our wines.\u003c/p>\n\u003cp>To try to head off this problem, a group of scientists in Australia has \u003ca href=\"http://www.winebiz.com.au/wvj/\">figured out this yeast’s DNA\u003c/a>.
