Heather Cooley analyzes water data to help inform how to manage California's water supply. Her job involves working with other scientists and agencies to look at water availability and use in California. She then develops strategies to help ensure a sustainable water supply. Heather spends a lot of her day writing reports, communicating with the public and policy makers, and fundraising for her projects at the Pacific Institute.
