Forum Launches New Series “Priced Out” Starting Tomorrow at 10am on KQED 88.5 FM

The ongoing series will cover issues related to the high cost of living in the Bay Area and includes content from all KQED News properties.

KQED News is proud to announce a new series “Priced Out” launching with Forum with Michael Krasny starting tomorrow, Thursday, October 31, at 10am on KQED Public Radio 88.5 FM. The ongoing series will cover issues related to the high cost of living in the Bay Area. The first Forum segment will discuss “Coping with the Bay Area’s Soaring Housing Costs.” The discussion will focus on at what’s driving the market, what it means for the region and what to expect in the short and long term. Confirmed guests include Carolyn Said, San Francisco Chronicle reporter, and Jed Kolko, chief economist for online real estate market Trulia. Listeners will be able to join the conversation by calling in at 866.SF.FORUM (866.733.6786), by emailing forum@kqed.org or via Forum’s popular social media channels (Facebook and Twitter).
