Adult Day Health Care is designed to help families keep seniors out of costly nursing homes. But state-funded services have been battered by budget cuts in recent years, and in the last round of cuts re-jiggered under a new system of management. Later today, the Assembly Committee on Aging and Long-term Care is expected to get an earful about the changes.
