We've all heard it. The reasons people give for not voting. "It takes too much time." "I don't like the candidates." To talk more about the reasons people don't vote and what can be done to encourage them to participate in elections, The California Report's Rachael Myrow checked in with Jenny Waggoner. She's president of the League of Women Voters for California. The League has just conducted some new research on voter participation, or lack thereof.
