Los Angeles in turmoil during the early 1990s is the setting for the last novel East German author Christa Wolf wrote before she died in 2011. "City of Angels, Or the Overcoat of Dr. Freud" is being published for the first time the U.S. Book critic Oscar Villalon reviews this loosely autobiographical tale.
