Senator Barbara Boxer is calling for a federal investigation of the shuttered San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant in San Diego County. Boxer says she's obtained documents that show Southern California Edison and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries were aware of design flaws with replacement steam generators before they were installed.
