First Medical School Students Minted at UC Riverside

The inaugural class of UC Riverside's brand new medical school donned white coats in a special ceremony last week. The school was established in part with $15 million in annual funding from the state. The goal is to attract students who want to work in the areas of greatest medical need: primary care, gynecology and psychiatry.
