Tuesday was the deadline for Gov. Jerry Brown to sign or veto bills sent to him by the Legislature. The governor made national headlines with three bills he signed, one addressing rape and sexual assault on college campuses, another banning plastic bags and a gun control measure. Sacramento Bureau Chief Scott Detrow joins us to talk about the governor's actions and where it leaves him heading into the final weeks of his re-election campaign.
