As President Obama prepares to sign his executive action in Las Vegas Friday, more than 1 million immigrants in California could get protection from deportation. From Oakland City Hall to the rainy streets of Fresno, immigrants and their allies gathered at TV watching parties Thursday night to hear the president's plan.
