It's the beginning of the new session for lawmakers in Sacramento today and state Senator Ricardo Lara of Long Beach is getting right to work. He's re-introducing his bill to extend health insurance to all undocumented immigrants. The bill, called Health Care For All, would do two things for undocumented immigrants. First, it would allow them to get Medi-Cal. And second, it would create a new marketplace where they could purchase subsidized health insurance.
