Netflix Bags Another Golden Globe for 'House of Cards'

Kevin Spacey won his first Golden Globe last night, for best actor in a TV drama for his portrayal of Frank Underwood in "House of Cards." The show is distributed by Los Gatos-based Netflix. Amazon won a Golden Globe for best musical or comedy for its show "Transparent." These awards are a big win for the fledgling Internet TV industry in its attempt to compete with traditional TV.
