The United States declared victory over measles 15 years ago and said it had been eliminated from our country. But now, California is in the middle of what's being considered the worst measles outbreak since then. New numbers from the state say there have been 59 cases so far. This most recent outbreak has been traced back to the Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland.
