A new report says the agency that oversees California's state parks isn't serving all Californians the best it could. On Friday, the Parks Forward Commission, a group created by the Legislature, issued a set of sweeping recommendations to modernize the State Parks Department. We talk with Caryl Hart, regional parks director for Sonoma County and a member of that commission, about how the parks can be improved. We also hear from Jose Gonzalez, founder of Latino Outdoors.
