State legislators have a message for law enforcement officers who want to search your computer, smartphone, or tablet: get a warrant. And they've got the backing of the tech industry. On Monday, a bipartisan group of legislators, led by State Senator Mark Leno introduced a bill to require a court-ordered search warrant.
