California legislators discussed body cameras for police at a hearing at the state capital Tuesday. Those cameras have become a focal point in the recent deadly police shooting of a man on Los Angeles' Skid Row. Amateur video of the shooting went viral online. In fact, two of the officers involved also captured the incident on their body cameras -- but the footage may not be made public.
