Millions of Californians have been added to Denti-Cal, the state's dental care program for low-income Californians. But many dentists won't treat Denti-Cal patients because they say the state doesn't pay them enough. Pressure is mounting on the governor, whose upcoming revised budget increases the money the state pays to dentists.
