Francisco Sanchez, the undocumented immigrant who's been charged in the fatal shooting of Kathryn Steinle in San Francisco last week is set to be arraigned today. Sanchez had been deported five times, but was protected from being turned over to federal immigration enforcement by San Francisco's "Sanctuary City" policy. The story has become a flashpoint for both Republicans and Democrats in the debate over immigration reform.
