Los Angeles Sheriff's officials met again with the public Wednesday night as they prepare for a new approach to dealing with undocumented immigrants in county lockups. The plan is getting new scrutiny after the death of a young woman in San Francisco, allegedly at the hands of an undocumented immigrant with a criminal record.
