Firefighters' efforts to contain the Rocky Fire in Lake County have taken a turn for the worse. The state's largest blaze jumped over Highway 20 Monday, which firefighters had hoped would contain the fire. The fire now covers 100 square miles, roughly the size of Sacramento, and is still only 12 percent contained.
