Republican candidates for president will square off Wednesday night at the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley. It's been a quarter century since Reagan left the White House, and still, no person is more beloved by Republicans. But his record as president and governor of California for that matter are a bit out of sync with today's GOP.
